Working with our team and client, we aimed to develop a responsive talent acquisition platform using React.js and Node.js for server. Through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and responsive principles, we launched an intuitive interface, reflecting our commitment to excellence in digital recruitment solutions.

Goals:
1. Develop user-centric talent acquisition platform.
The task was creating a platform that brings together both companies and individuals in a single unified space.

2. Develop an Optimized and Functional Login & Signup Page.
The goal was to have designed and implemented a Login and Signup page, facilitating seamless registration for both companies and candidates

Challenges

The job portal project aimed to resolve the company's struggles with inefficient candidate management. The existing processes involved repetitive manual tasks and extensive paperwork, leading to delays and reduced productivity. Streamlining these workflows while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility was a major challenge, requiring a robust and automated digital solution.
